AJW Technique, the hub for AJW Group’s global component repair and overhaul capabilities has been named Montreal’s Top Employer. First published in 2006, the annual competition, organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, recognizes the employers that lead their industries in offering an exceptional workplace experience.
AJW Technique was evaluated on eight criteria, ranging from Physical Workplace, Employee Communications, Performance Management and Training & Skills Development. Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and productive environment.

In the past year alone, the AJW Technique team has developed over 30 new capabilities, alongside many flexible promotions and solutions to improve customer profitability and response during Covid. They have focused hard on bettering the business, with workflow optimization initiatives, manpower efficiency, dynamic parts support in partnership with key suppliers and operators alike, not to mention the acceleration of digital tools across the business from product development, to shopfloor optimization, all in support of an exceptional customer and delivery experience.
