Rework / Cleaning

Each cell has a rework and cleaning facility as a dedicated support function. All the equipment was chosen for its precision and reliability in order to work within the strict tolerances of aircraft component repair and tool fabrication.

The scope of work possible allows for rotable sub-assembly pools to be maintained, reducing the time complex units stay in work. Having these facilities on site means that there is a limited requirement for outsourcing to third parties, this in turn empowers us to keep track of costs and reduce overall process TAT.
