We have the ability to develop bespoke maintenance programmes based on the specific flight profiles of individual customers. We understand that one size fits all policies are not dynamic enough to meet the demands of distinctive characteristics that different airlines may exhibit. To that end we utilise flight data and historical records to build up detailed analysis portfolios of particular aircraft in order to determine the conditions particular units might be subjected to.

This allows us to offer maintenance schedules specifically tailored to mitigate factors causing delayed departures. By working with the customer, we have developed the best possible regimes structured in a variety of ways. Recently we have worked on a hardlife programme for a customer where removal intervals have been meticulously scrutinised by our engineering team to come up with the optimum agenda.

With IDGs we have explicitly designed the programme to wipe out AOG scenarios and loss of revenue by following detailed preventative maintenance practices and monitoring techniques.
