Ian joined AJW in August of 2023 as our Business Development Manager for Major Assets. He has over 35 years of experience in the aerospace sector working for the likes of Bombardier and Spirit AeroSystems. With a strong background in sales, he is perfectly placed to nurture relationships with AJW’s key customers and maximise the opportunities arising from its global marketplace.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys travelling, eating out, fishing, and spectating at road racing events.

Nick joined AJW Group in 2011 setting up AJW’s China operation and developing key strategic accounts across the region. Since 2018 Nick has focused on developing strategic customer relationships worldwide leveraging his extensive AJW customer network to build business relationships.
Now in the role of SVP Global Sales & Business Development, he also oversees our global Business Development Team introducing AJW products and services across our customer base. The business development team is a dynamic, multicultural, solution-driven team with customer experience in mind every step of the way. The team’s mission is to nurture relationships with key customers to harvest and maximise the opportunities arising from our global marketplace.
When not seeing to sales and business development, Nick enjoys spending his spare time outdoors, cycling, horseriding, sailing, and if there’s any time left, playing golf.

Sezen joined AJW Group in July 2023 and has worked her way up to the role of Senior Regional Account Executive. She is currently studying for a civil engineering degree at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa and has four years of real estate industry experience under her belt.
Sezen speaks three languages fluently - English, Russian, and Turkish – making her ideally placed to communicate with AJW Türkiye’s broad client base in the region.
When not at work, she enjoys taking part in various hobbies, including kickboxing, reading, drawing portraits, and dancing.

She has attained a TMBA certificate in international relations education, which she believes will assist her as she builds relationships within the industry. Whilst developing and growing her knowledge within the aviation sector, Sude is also studying Industrial Engineering at Istinye University.
Sude is an energetic person and enjoys walking in nature, visiting interesting places, and sampling tasty cuisines. She is an avid amateur horse rider and hopes someday to compete professionally.

Tolkyn joined AJW at the beginning of 2009 from Air Astana and is based in Kazakhstan. Her role focuses on developing AJW's business in Central Asia, including Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Mongolia. Tolkyn has previously held management position in Air Astana as Technical Contracts & Supplies Manager. She got her MBA degree in 2003 at International University of Management, Economics and Strategic Research in Almaty, Kazakhstan and her previous educational background includes Architectural & Construction College and Dzhambul Technological University in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Umit Caymaz joined AJW Group in 2022 as Managing Director of AJW Türkiye, our regional support hub. He is responsible for growing and developing the business activities of AJW Group’s products and services to meet the operational demands and support solutions within the region and beyond.
Umit began his career in customer support and gained further experience with several roles in technical purchasing and the Used Serviceable Material (USM) market at Onur Airlines and MNG Airlines in Turkey. He moved on to supporting companies including GA Telesis, and took on critical positions in sales management at EurAsia, later becoming a director of strategic sourcing and business development.
Umit graduated from university with a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is committed to flying the AJW flag high by creating new opportunities for the company to expand in the aviation industry.
When not focusing on work, Umit enjoys being with his daughter, traveling, spending time with family and friends – and getting in a bit of gym time!
