With over 30 years of procurement experience, Alex is a leader in strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and supply chain resilience. As Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at AJW, he drives the company’s sourcing strategy, ensuring best-in-class performance and robust supply chains across the Group.
Since joining AJW in 2021, Alex has leveraged his industry knowledge and expertise from Thales and Acro Aircraft Seating to optimise third-party engagements, delivering measurable value through cost rationalisation, risk management, and supply chain mitigation.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing golf, travelling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Monika joined AJW Group in 2010 bringing a strong foundation in repairs management and warranty services. Over her years with the company, she has gained broad expertise across multiple areas of AJW's operations. As Head of Technical Services, Monika now leads a skilled team of engineers based at AJW’s Group headquarters in Slinfold and its office in Bulgaria.
In her role, Monika provides essential engineering support to AJW’s clients, focusing on delivering value engineering and comprehensive technical solutions. She works on a variety of projects, including removal analysis and bespoke support for airlines to improve operational efficiency.
Her prior experience in the airline industry and roles within AJW have equipped her with a unique, customer-focused perspective, enabling her to deliver practical, client-centred solutions that drive measurable results for AJW’s clients.

Nigel joined AJW Group as Technical Director in 2024, bringing over 36 years of engineering experience and a passion for team development and operational excellence. With two decades of aerospace expertise, he has led large teams and driven significant organisational growth, including overseeing Engineering operations across nine EMEA locations with close to $1 billion in revenue.
As Technical Director, he is focused on fostering team and organisational development through career planning, mentoring, and targeted initiatives. His leadership is driven by robust Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), continuous improvement strategies, on-wing reliability enhancements, and repair cost reduction through innovation and engineering advancements.
Nigel’s diverse career includes pivotal roles such as Engineering Director for Honeywell Aerospace EMEA, where he spent fourteen years shaping engineering operations, and similar leadership roles at Team Accessories (Moog MRO), Jet2.com, Eaton Aerospace, and Donaldson Filtration. His experience includes reliability engineering, next-generation system design, and additive manufacturing development, highlighting his technical depth and commitment to innovation.
Outside of work, Nigel enjoys restoring classic vehicles and participating in events with a vibrant network of local friends. He also loves cycling, walking the family dog, and spending quality time with his family.
