Wilmer's core responsibilities revolve around business development in the Latin America region, maintaining and developing accounts, as well as customer relationships.

Erlendur joined the Group as CEO of AJW Capital in 2024. He is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the Group’s investing division and is responsible for the purchase, sale, and lease of large aviation-related capital assets including whole aircraft and engines.
Bringing a wealth of experience to the role, he served as an accomplished CEO and Board of Directors member within the airline and aviation industry including, Cabo Verde Airlines, Icelandair Group - Loftleidir Icelandic, Arctica Finance, and Faradair Aerospace.
Erlendur graduated from the University of Iceland and subsequently Reykjavik University with an MBA, summa cum laude as well as Harvard Business School, and has a proven track record in leadership, business development, strategic planning, organisational change, international business, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions.
When stepping away from the aviation industry, Erlendur enjoys spending time with his family, is an accomplished triathlete, and finds peace alongside the rivers of Iceland where he is a flyfishing instructor.
