As Head of Talent Management, Jade is responsible for ensuring AJW remains at the forefront of the aviation world by attracting and nurturing the industry’s top talent in line with our strategic business goals.
CIPD qualified and with over a decade of recruitment experience under her belt, Jade is adept at attracting the best talent into the right roles. Starting her career in a successful recruitment agency, she held a talent acquisition role with Virgin Atlantic before joining AJW in 2019.
Believing that an excellent recruitment strategy is crucial to supporting a culture of excellence and growth, Jade is passionate about employing solely on the merit of success. She also loves fostering opportunities for early career development through work experience and apprenticeship programmes.
When not reeling in top talent, Jade spends her time fishing, kayaking, and visiting beaches. She also enjoys learning about history and culture and has the unusual hobby of mudlarking – scavenging for historical treasures on Sussex’s local riverbanks!
