Maximising profitability

The Purchasing department is a small, dynamic team that was set up in 2010. Our main role is to maximise savings opportunities in the spares purchasing activity.

We also have a transversal function throughout the organization by looking after our stock replenishment, strategic purchasing, and procurement linked to our growing contractual portfolio.

The rapid expansion of AJW along with its ever-growing customer base, has meant that the Purchasing department must continually improve its existing supplier base and always buy the best materials at the right price.

Monitoring our suppliers' performance also plays an important part of our role, allowing us to ensure customer satisfaction and that we abide by the highest quality standards.
